Visitors Information

The members and board of directors of Seacroft Golf Club extend a warm welcome to all visitors to Seacroft. We hope you will enjoy browsing this website and take the decision to visit us. We pride ourselves in our friendly club, excellent catering and of course splendid links.

This part of the east coast is known as ‘the drier side of Britain’ and whilst we can’t guarantee the weather we have less rainfall than much of the country and as a links course it makes an ideal destination at any time of the year. We play on normal tees and greens throughout the year.

Skegness is a popular family seaside resort with a selection of hotels, guest houses and self-catering accommodation. There are the usual seaside attractions and The Embassy Theatre stages many popular shows. The course is adjacent to the renowned Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve and is itself an ‘English Nature Site of Special Scientific Interest.’ Our accommodation page offers you packages with The Vine Hotel, a short distance from Seacroft Golf Club.

For green fee rates and special offers or to book a green fee please go to our online booking service. For more information on Open Competitions or for Corporate Days, Societies and Groups please go to the relevant links.

Dress Code on the Course

Golfers are asked to wear normal golf attire on the course. No blue denim jeans, tracksuits, athletic shorts or collarless shirts are permitted. Golf shoes should be worn.

Dress Code in the Clubhouse

We ask that smart casual attire is worn throughout the clubhouse. Smart trainers and blue denim jeans can be worn but not if they are bleached or ripped.

Mobile Phone Policy

Mobile phones should be on silent or vibrate mode at all times on the course and in the clubhouse. They may be used on the course only in emergencies.

Should people wish to make or respond to a voice call whilst in the clubhouse they may do so discreetly outside the confines of the building. The Club understands that mobile phones are now used for more than voice calls and wifi is available in the clubhouse.

The Club requests that due respect is given to fellow members and guests. Phone usage not in accordance with this policy will be considered a breach of Club bye-laws.

Pace of Play

Seacroft Golf Club discourages slow play. We ask that you keep up with the players in front. We encourage players to play ‘Ready Golf’ apart from in matchplay of course. However, this should never compromise the etiquette of the game of golf.
